The Los Angeles Lakers were on the brink of elimination down 3 games to 0. With their backs completely against the wall, the Lakers pulled off an impressive 119-108 to cut the series deficit against the Nuggets to 3 games to 1. The Lakers find themselves down despite leading the most minutes of this series so far. So far, key mistakes and big runs by the Denver Nuggets have given the Nuggets the series lead. However, in game four the Lakers figured things out and got the win. The team is focused on taking things one game at a time. Each game from game five on will be a win-or-go-home game for them.

Lakers Guard Austin Reaves spoke postgame about the Lakers forcing a game 5.
“We get another opportunity to go play one more game, and if we win, come back and play another one and keep moving from there. Odds aren’t stacked in our favor, but anytime we can keep ourselves floating above water and give ourselves an opportunity to do something special, we’re up for the challenge.”
LeBron James led the way for the Lakers with 30 points on 14-for-23 shooting. James grabbed five rebounds, dished out four assists, and recorded three steals.
